No two patients are the same, and no two care plans should be either. Where clinically appropriate, your practitioner works with you to develop a plan tailored to your circumstances, explained clearly and agreed together before anything proceeds.
Ongoing support and follow-up
Care does not end when the consultation does. Through our secure patient platform you can book follow-ups, review your plan with your practitioner, and adjust your care as your needs change over time.

A 15% discount applies for eligible concession card holders, verified during booking. Consultation fees are not refundable except under our clinical-suitability refund policy.
Dosely supports a wide range of non-urgent health concerns, follow-ups and symptom guidance. During your consultation, your practitioner will assess your individual needs and recommend the most appropriate care. If in-person support is required, you'll be guided to the right next step.
Yes. All practitioners available through Dosely are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and deliver care in line with Australian healthcare standards.
Absolutely. Dosely uses secure, encrypted systems to protect your personal and health information. Every consultation is confidential and complies with Australian privacy and healthcare data standards.
Yes. Our patient support team coordinates the transfer paperwork, including requesting your discharge letter and records from your current clinic, once you sign a simple authority form. Start with the free eligibility check and let us know you're switching, or see our Switch page.
If your practitioner determines during your initial consultation that Dosely is not able to appropriately care for you, we refund your consultation fee in full and, where possible, guide you towards a more appropriate care option.
