Start with a free two-minute questionnaire covering the basics: how long your concern has been present, what you've already tried, and a few safety questions. It's the same pre-screening framework our clinical team uses, so you know where you stand before spending a cent.

Book your consultation
Choose a time that suits you and meet your AHPRA-registered doctor or nurse practitioner by secure video. Consultations are deliberately unhurried: your practitioner reviews your full health history, your current concerns and your goals before discussing whether a care pathway is clinically appropriate.

Ongoing care
If care is appropriate, your practitioner builds a plan with you and stays involved. Follow-up consultations are $29, booked through the secure patient platform, and used to review progress, discuss changes and adjust your plan as your needs change over time.

What you'll need.
A phone or device
Consultations run over secure video, so any phone, tablet or computer with a camera and internet connection works.
Your health history
Be ready to discuss your symptoms, medical history, current medications and previous treatments. Supporting documents can be uploaded before or after your appointment.
A quiet moment
Most appointments allow ample time for a thorough discussion. Find somewhere private and comfortable so you can speak openly.
