Initial consultation
$49
One-off fee. No referral required.
- Conducted via secure video with an AHPRA-registered doctor or nurse practitioner.
- A thorough, unhurried review of your symptoms, health history and goals.
- Covers your clinical assessment and care planning discussion. Any care recommended is at your practitioner's discretion and explained clearly before anything proceeds.
- Final clinical suitability is determined by your practitioner during the consultation.
- Fair consultation promise: refunded in full if your practitioner determines Dosely is not clinically right for you.
Follow-up consultation
$29
For patients with an existing care plan.
- Continue your care remotely with your practitioner.
- Review your progress, discuss any changes, and adjust your plan where clinically appropriate.
- Booked through the secure patient platform at times that suit you.
- Any additional care discussed is separate and clearly explained before proceeding.
Concession discount
Eligible holders of a valid Australian Government concession, pension or veterans card receive 15% off consultation fees. Your card is verified during the booking process, before you pay.

When a refund applies
If your practitioner determines during your initial consultation that Dosely cannot appropriately care for you, your initial consultation fee is refunded in full. Where possible, we'll also point you towards a more appropriate care option. You shouldn't pay for a service that can't help you. We call this the fair consultation promise.
When a refund doesn't apply
Consultation fees are otherwise not refundable. If your practitioner assesses you and determines that care through Dosely is clinically appropriate, the consultation has been provided in full, whether or not you choose to proceed with any recommendation. Missed appointments without notice are also not refundable.
Refunds under this policy are processed back to your original payment method. If you believe a refund applies to you and it hasn't been processed, contact our support team and we'll sort it out.

No. Dosely charges flat, per-consultation fees only: $49 for your initial consultation and $29 for follow-ups. There are no joining fees, memberships or lock-in commitments.
The consultation fee covers your clinical assessment and care planning discussion with your practitioner. Any care your practitioner recommends is separate, always at their clinical discretion, and clearly explained to you before anything proceeds.
If you hold a valid Australian Government concession, pension or veterans card, a 15% discount applies to your consultation fees. Your card is verified during booking, and the discounted price is shown before you pay.
Dosely consultations are privately billed. Whether any rebate applies depends on your individual cover, so check with Medicare or your insurer directly.
