Legal
Terms & Conditions.
Effective 19 July 2026. These terms govern your use of the Dosely website and telehealth services operated by AAP Ventures Pty Ltd, trading as Dosely ("Dosely", "we", "us"). By using our website or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.
1. Our service
Dosely is an Australian telehealth clinic. Consultations are delivered by AHPRA-registered practitioners via secure video. All clinical decisions, including any advice, prescriptions or referrals, are made solely at the treating practitioner's discretion. Completing our eligibility questionnaire or booking a consultation does not guarantee that any particular care will be recommended.
2. Not for emergencies
Our services are not suitable for emergencies. If you require urgent medical attention, call 000 or attend your nearest emergency department. Telehealth is not always the appropriate setting for care; where your practitioner determines in-person care is needed, you will be directed accordingly.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 or over located in Australia. You must provide accurate, complete and current information in the eligibility questionnaire, at booking and during consultations. Providing false or misleading information may compromise your care and may result in the service being refused or cancelled.
4. Fees and payment
Consultation fees are displayed before you book: $49 for an initial consultation and $29 for follow-up consultations, with a 15% discount for verified holders of an eligible Australian Government concession, pension or veterans card. Fees are payable at the time of booking through our secure booking platform. Consultations are privately billed; any rebate eligibility is a matter between you and Medicare or your insurer.
5. Refunds and the clinical-suitability policy
If your practitioner determines during your initial consultation that Dosely cannot appropriately care for you, your initial consultation fee will be refunded in full to your original payment method. Consultation fees are otherwise non-refundable once the consultation has been provided, including where care through Dosely is assessed as clinically appropriate but you choose not to proceed. Appointments missed without reasonable notice are non-refundable. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Appointments and conduct
You may reschedule an appointment through the patient platform with reasonable notice. We expect respectful conduct towards our practitioners and support team; we may decline or discontinue service in cases of abusive or threatening behaviour.
7. Third-party services
Bookings, patient accounts and payments are handled through a third-party practice-management platform. Your use of that platform is also subject to its own terms presented at signup. We take care in selecting our providers but are not responsible for outages or faults in third-party systems beyond our control.
8. Website content
Content on this website is general information about our services and is not medical advice. It does not account for your individual circumstances. Personalised advice is only provided within a consultation by your practitioner.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Dosely name, logo, text and design, is owned by or licensed to AAP Ventures Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
10. Liability
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and other than as required by those guarantees, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, and our total liability in connection with the services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant consultation.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be published on this page with its effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
